For mushroom farms, from agar to invoice

Mushroom farm software that knows every block

Label every culture, spawn and block with its own QR code. Scan it at each stage, and MycoQR keeps its lineage, its days in stage and its cost, then tells the crew what needs doing today.

Free for 20 items in production, with up to 600 for your first 30 days. No card.

Tap the label to see what a scan opens.

What a scan opens

The same record at the desk

What a scan opens on the phone is the same page on the computer: strain, parent, lot and cost, stamped when the item was made, then its room and its days in each stage as it moves. This is the item page from the app, on a sample farm.

Every morning

Today tells the crew what to move, harvest or check

Behind, today and this week, counted from the stage clock on every item. No one has to keep it on a whiteboard.

Contamination

Catch it on the block, decide on the spot

Scan the block and mark it: the type, how bad, the day it was found. Then decide: keep and monitor, or discard. Its strain and its room count it on the dashboard, and the other blocks from its spawn go on the At Risk list to inspect.

How it works

Your first label, today

From signup to a scanned item, on your own farm.

  1. 1

    Set up your farm

Name your farm, then add a strain and a growing medium: the two things every item needs. Your 30-day trial starts here, no card.

Your own names · recipes and costs can come later

  2. 2

Create an item, print its label

Choose agar culture, liquid culture, grain spawn or substrate block. Print its label from the browser, on the printer you already have.

    29 x 90 mm · 50 x 30 mm · square · letter sheets

  3. 3

    Scan it at every stage

Point your phone camera at the label and its record opens. Tap Advance to move it to its next stage and restart its clock.

The stage clock restarts · Today counts from it

Pricing

Pay for the farm you run, not for features

Every plan has every tracking feature. Slide to the size of your farm.

How many items does your farm track at once?

Every culture, spawn and block in production counts, Active or On hold. Cultures banked in your library, and spent, archived and sold items, do not.

A rough count: blocks you make in a week, times the weeks from inoculation to spent, plus your cultures and spawn.

Questions

Before you start

Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial at Growth capacity (up to 600 items in production), no card required. We email you three days before it ends. To keep more than 20 items in production, choose a plan in Settings → Subscription & Usage. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan: every item and record stays and keeps working, and you add new items once you are under 20 in production or on a plan.

Every item you label counts while it is in production, Active or On hold. Cultures you bank in your library are free. Archive a finished item, or convert it to sellable inventory, and it stops counting, with its record kept. Settings → Subscription & Usage shows how close you are, and paid plans also get an email at 80%. At your limit, the items you have keep working; to add new ones, archive finished items or move up a plan.

A phone or computer with a browser, and a printer for the labels. Your phone's camera does the scanning, so there is no scanner to buy. MycoQR prints QR labels in four sizes: 58 or 62 mm square, 29 × 90 mm (Brother DK-1201), 50 × 30 mm (Niimbot M2 and similar) and a US Letter rack sheet. For a dedicated label printer we recommend the Brother QL-810WC with DK-1201 labels, the setup we have tested.

Yes. Invite your whole team; plans are priced by items, not by seats. Everyone can scan, update and track items together, and every change shows up for everyone in real time.
